Privacy policy
Data controller: GG Services Limited (Hong Kong), operating PhpRide. We collect only what we need to arrange your trip: name, WhatsApp number, email, flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses and trip details. We pass the name, phone, pickup point and time to the driver or operator assigned to your trip, and nothing to anyone else except our email provider (Resend) for confirmations, our messaging tools for notifying our dispatcher, and our payment processor (Stripe) when you pay online.
We keep booking records for 3 years for accounting, then delete or anonymise them. With a request we also store where the visit came from (your optional answer to "How did you find us?" and, if you came from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, its name). You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by email at hello@phpride.com.
Cookies and advertising
The site itself works without cookies; your cookie choice is stored in your browser. Visitors from the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner: analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies stay off until you choose “All” or “Analytics”. Elsewhere analytics and advertising cookies are on by default and you can switch them off at any time. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page to change your choice.
When you pay online, we store with the booking the campaign labels from the link you arrived by (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content — they name the ad campaign, not you) and the page you landed on, to see which channels bring bookings. Ad click identifiers from the link (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid, yclid) are kept in your browser for up to 90 days and stored with the booking only if advertising cookies are allowed. These fields also go to our payment processor Stripe together with the booking reference, route and amount; card details are entered on Stripe’s form and never reach us.
