How do I get from Cebu to Bantayan Island?
Drive or bus to Hagnaya Port in San Remigio, then the ferry to Santa Fe. Island Shipping and Super Shuttle sail the route several times a day; the crossing takes about 1–1.5 hours with loading, and 2026 adult fares are reported at roughly ₱300–450 before port fees (travellers’ reports, updated 27 October 2026 — a planning range, not an official fare).
Buses from Cebu North Bus Terminal take 3–5 hours to Hagnaya. By car from the airport it is about 3 hours; morning flights are best so a full sailing still leaves you a later one.
What time is the last boat to Malapascua?
Public bancas from Maya Port to Malapascua are listed from about 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with later trips only on demand; no official timetable was available, so travellers’ reports advise reaching Maya by 3 pm. The fare is listed at ₱240, and Daanbantayan's charter lists an environmental fee of ₱120 for foreign tourists. Low tide can mean wading to the boat.

What if the boat is cancelled?
The Coast Guard can suspend sea trips in bad weather. If your crossing is cancelled on the way back, message us on WhatsApp: we move the pickup at the port to the next sailing at the same price. Take a boat that lands at least 6 hours (Hagnaya) or 7 hours (Maya) before an international flight.
