Which terminal at Cebu airport?

Taxi, Grab or MyBus from Mactan-Cebu?
White metered taxis start with a ₱50 flag-down plus distance and waiting. Grab to Ayala Center Cebu is estimated at about ₱500. MyBus costs ₱30–50 and runs from the airport to SM City Cebu from 7 am to 10 pm; a modern jeepney runs 24 hours to Lapu-Lapu market for ₱15–20 (travellers’ reports, fares checked 21 August 2026).
For Moalboal or Oslob there is no airport bus: buses leave from the South Bus Terminal in Cebu City, so with luggage you first cross the city.
